I can’t sign in
Check that your company account is active and that you are using the login supplied by your OpsCore administrator. If it still fails, email support and include your company name.
Job alerts are not appearing
Make sure notifications are enabled for OpsCore in iPhone Settings and that job alerts are enabled for your account.
I have found a bug
Send the affected screen, job number and what you expected to happen to the support email above. Screenshots are very helpful.
