What OpsCore is

OpsCore is business software for tyre operations. It can be used to manage jobs, customers, vehicles, fleet checks, stock, job records, photographs, documents and related operational information.

Information we may process

  • Business account and authorised user details.
  • Customer, vehicle and fleet information entered into OpsCore.
  • Job records, notes, tyre information, photographs and documents.
  • Stock, quote, invoice and operational records where those features are enabled.
  • Device, session and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
  • Notification tokens where push notifications are enabled.

Why we use it

  • To provide and maintain the OpsCore service.
  • To synchronise information between authorised office and mobile users.
  • To support job alerts and other requested notifications.
  • To secure accounts, investigate faults and provide support.
  • To meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations where applicable.

Business data and access

Information entered into OpsCore is intended for the business using the service and its authorised users. Access is controlled by account credentials and, where available, user roles and company settings. Businesses are responsible for deciding what operational information their users enter into the service and who is authorised to access it.

Sharing of information

We do not sell business or user data. Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, support or deliver OpsCore functionality. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to protect the service, its users or others.

Data retention

Operational records may be kept while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for support, legal, security or record-keeping purposes. Retention may differ depending on the type of record and the business account involved.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so businesses should also protect their own user accounts, passwords and devices.

Mobile permissions

OpsCore may request access to features such as notifications, camera/photo uploads or location only where those functions are used by the app. Permissions can be managed through the device settings. Availability depends on the features enabled for the business account.

Your choices and requests

Requests about account data, access, correction or deletion should normally be made through the business that controls the relevant OpsCore account. For service-level privacy enquiries, use the contact details published on the OpsCore support page.
